The city and province will kick in nearly 18-million dollars for True North Square.
That money will go towards the public space that is part of the 400-million dollar development.
It will cover two acres of space, including a skating rink, public stage, seating and green space.
It’s not just a straight cash donation to True North, but rather through the Tax Increment Financing plan.
