The other week I moderated a panel at SHEday, an event where successful women shared their knowledge and experiences to help other women succeed. One panelist suggested it’s not women who should break the glass ceiling; rather, in order for it to break, it needs to be smashed from the top down.
Yesterday, I had World Champion boxer – and Winnipegger – Olivia “The Predator” Gerula on my show. Her boxing accomplishments are on par with Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather. Her paycheck is not even on par with a minimum wage job.
