Seven members of the U of M Bisons Football team have been invited to the first of three regional combines set a for a week from Monday on March 7th in Edmonton. That’s up from the six Bistons who were invited to Edmonton a year ago and ties Manitoba for the most from any school in the Canada West Conference along with Calgary, UBC, and Saskatchewan.
The seven player group includes WR Dustin Pedersen (pictured courtesy of Jeff Miller-Bison Sports), WR Alex Vitt, FB Andrew Berry, LB DJ Lalama, and OL Nevin Gamblin, Alex McKay, and Jordan Medal.
The top performers from this regional workout, as well as those in Montreal and Toronto will be invited to the three day CFL National combine scheduled for March 11-13 in Toronto.
