A man wanted for manslaughter has been found and arrested.
Twenty-three year old Travis Chief, who also goes by the last name Guimond, was found roughly 300 kilometres west of Winnipeg in Waywayseecappo just before midnight Friday night.
Chief had a Canada-wide warrant for his arrest in connection with the homicide of 43 year old Henry Kipling of Peguis First Nation.
Kipling died after being assaulted last weekend in Winnipeg on Main Street in the area of Sutherland Avenue and Jarvis Avenue. He was attacked twice by different people.
Twenty-three year old Jenna Rose Traverse was arrested on Thursday, and charged with aggravated assault.
