The Manitoba Moose opened a four-game Michigan road swing with a 7-2 drubbing at the hands of the Grand Rapids Griffins.
Former Winnipeg Jet Eric Tangradi had a career-high five points for the Griffins, scoring twice and adding three assists.
Dan DeSalvo and Chase De Leo scored for the Moose. Connor Hellebuyck allowed all seven goals on 35 shots.
The two teams are back at it in Grand Rapids tonight at 6 p.m.
