It’s an important assessment of your health. The University of Manitoba is looking for volunteers aged 30 to 46 to participate in TMPLR: The Manitoba Personalized Lifestyle Research program.
Researchers are looking at the influence of nutrition, physical activity, sleep, genetics and gut microbiome on your health.
“It’s one of the first studies to look at all factors and how they relate to our health,” says Meghan Azad, junior director for TMPLR. Both Azad and senior director Peter Jones will join us at 7:25 AM tomorrow morning.
We asked Azad about the impact a hamburger can have on your weight depending on all those factors.
