Sentencing will be handed down next month for a teenager who shot a rival gang member in the head.
He was just 14 years old when he carried out the brutal attack in June 2013 near Wolseley and Sherbrook.
Court heard the victim suffered severe brain trauma after getting hit at close range while sitting in a car.
The teen was found guilty last year and the judge determined he would be sentenced as an adult because youth penalties were not sufficient.
On Friday, the Crown asked for a 10 year sentence with the defence asking for seven and a half years.
The judge has reserved his decision until the second week of May.
