Everything is back to normal at three school in South Winnipeg after a “lock out” that started yesterday.
The Franco Manitoban School Division says someone walked into one of the schools during the lunch hour and made inappropriate comments to a staff member.
They left without anything happening, but the doors were locked at École Lacerte, École Christine-Lespérance, and the Centre scolaire Léo-Rémillard, just in case.
Regular classes did continue.
The division says they’ve now been told by police that there’s no threat.
