An Ontario Court Justice has dismissed or ruled not guilty on all 31 fraud, breach of trust and bribery charges against Senator Mike Duffy.
Duffy has pleaded not guilty.
Lawyers argued for 62 days about the case that haunted Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his Conservative government.
Justice Charles Vaillancourt took several hours to read his decision.
Most of the charges related to travel and expense claims. The big charge was one of bribery stemming from then chief of staff Nigel Wright who personally paid $90,000 in living expenses Duffy had claimed by declaring his primary home was in P.E.I. and not in Ottawa.
