Winnipeg Police are looking for suspects in two separate suspicious fires.
The first blaze broke out early Wednesday morning on Oakland Avenue in the Rossmere area.
Police say a discarded couch was set on fire and it quickly spread to a garage. No was hurt, but there was $400,000 in damage.
Then on Thursday morning, a fire damaged a garage, neighboring homes and two vehicles on Pacific Avenue West.
Two people were taken to hospital in stable condition. Damage is pegged at half-a-million dollars.
No one has been arrested.
The Arson Unit is investigating both fires.
