WINNIPEG – Tornado warnings put in place by Environment Canada late Tuesday afternoon have now ended.
There was no confirmation that any tornadoes touched down in parts where the storm moved through southwestern to southern Manitoba.
Some areas did see large hail along with high winds and heavy rain.
That system that produced tornado warnings has moved into the United States and is no longer a threat.
Portions of southern Manitoba remain under a severe thunderstorm watches. In Winnipeg overnight, there is a risk of a severe thunderstorm.
