WINNIPEG – A tragic mystery in Winnipeg has been solved, as police have learned the identity of a woman killed on her bike on Wednesday.
She was clipped by a semi truck at Main and Logan, and later died in hospital.
She wasn’t carrying identification, and police called on the public for help, giving her description, then a description of her bike, then later adding that she has distinctive tattoos on her left arm.
Police say they’ve been able to figure out who she is thanks to the public’s help.
Her name has not been released.
