A difficult to obtain designation has been slapped on a Winnipeg man with a history of crimes going back 40 years.
After his latest offence, Russell Moore, 54, has now been labeled a dangerous offender.
That means he’ll be in prison indefinitely.
In 2005, he was convicted of manslaughter and got a six year sentence.
Most recently, he was found guilty of assault causing bodily harm against his girlfriend.
In all, Moore has more than 55 convictions.
