CADDY LAKE – RCMP say a 26 year old man drowned in Caddy Lake early Saturday morning.
Investigators believe a man went for swim at around 3:30 a.m. and began to struggle after swimming for a short distance. He disappeared under water and did not resurface.
When officers arrived, emergency crews were performing CPR on the man. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police say alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor, but the investigation continues.
