The truck drove into the police car and got away but ended up stuck in heavy snow in an open field.
Officers moved in to arrest him but during the struggle, the suspect ended up with a fractured eye socket.
Due to the serious injury, the Independent Investigation Unit (IIU) is now overseeing the case and is asking anyone with information or video to contact them.
