WINNIPEG- The Health Sciences Centre Foundation met and surpassed their donation goal during the “Bringing Hope To Life Radiothon” on Friday.
The event raised more than ever before in its 13 year history.
All the money raised supports patient care at HSC through promising research initiatives, new technology and facilities.
They had originally hoped to raise $125,000 throughout the day. Those numbers were blown away with a record breaking $166,742. That’s an extra $41,742!
680 CJOB’s own Hal Anderson was on-site, with a full roster of the CORUS family stopping in to support.
