WINNIPEG – It’s official: Chevrier Boulevard has been voted as Winnipeg’s worst road.
CAA Manitoba has released the results of their sixth annual campaign.
Just over 8400 votes were cast for 712 roads in the province.
Empress Street and Pembina Highway round out the top three, within the city.
The worst road in the province is actually outside of Winnipeg.
Provincial Road 239 in the northwest Interlake got the most votes.
A perennial contender for the dubious honour in previous years, St. James Street has been voted as the most improved street in the city.
