Calgary has its fifth homicide of 2012.
They now say the man found dead in an SUV in an alley behind the Braeside Shopping Centre on Friday night was murdered.
The original call to police came in at 9pm about an assault inside a Toyota 4-Runner.
Witnesses report seeing two men in their 20's running from the scene.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Graham Mark Sear, but they are not releasing the cause of death.
