Emergency crews have located a body in the Glenmore Reservoir.
They were searching for a 68 year old man, who went missing from the Rocky View Hospital, at the time.
Police believe it is the missing man and foul play is not suspected.
Wayne Pratt, who suffered from dementia, went missing from the hospital on Wednesday.
The cause of death has yet to be determined.
