The Mounties say charges may be possible after an Edmonton woman was killed in a highway collision while riding her motorcycle.
Investigators say it took place Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Highway 39 and Highway 60, west of Leduc.
Emergency crews arrived to find the woman dead and the driver of a car involved in the collision not seriously injured.
The name of the deceased woman is being withheld for now.
Weather conditions were excellent and alcohol is not believed to have been a factor. (gm, td, kdr)
