A woman was man-handled by a bare foot bandit in south Edmonton early Thursday.
The woman told police she was entering a building near 106th Street and 40th Avenue when she was accosted by a man who was not wearing a shirt or socks or shoes around 3:30am. He threw her to the ground and made threats of bodily harm if she didn't hand over money. The man fled with the woman's purse and she was not seriously hurt.
Police are looking for a black male about six feet tall....who may...or may not be...topless and shoeless.
