Housing prices in Edmonton are down a bit.
The Realtors Association of Edmonton says the average price of a home dropped 1.9% from June to July to sit at just over $342,000.
The average single family home went down 2.3 percent, the average condo dropped 2.1%, and the average duplex or row home dropped 3.25%.
There have been 64 homes worth over $1 million sold in Edmonton so far this year - compared to 66 in all of last year.
Number crunching shows the high end houses usually stay on the market 72 days, while some take over a year to get a buyer. (efmb, kdr)
