Police in Bonnyville have a man in custody and are charging him in a devastating fatal collision that happened more than a month ago.
Charges against 30 year-old Clayton Tyler PROCINSKI (pro-CHIN-ski) include four counts of manslaughter, criminal negiligence causing deaths and driving under the influence. Police arrested Procinski yesterday.
The collision happend just before noon, one kilometer east of the Kehewin (Keh-huh-win) Cree Nation Thursday, July 23rd. It took the life of four members of the same family - including a mom and her two daughters.
The investigation continues.
