You can't go anywhere in Grimsby, Beamsville or Smithville without seeing the lawn signs and posters.
A massive rally is planned for next Wednesday evening in support of a new West Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
The reconstruction of the Grimsby hospital was shelved by the provincial government as part of this year's budget, prompting a huge outcry in the West Niagara communities.
Rally organizer Bob McNeil says that's not surprising since the same people who once saved the hospital from closure, have raised well over 15 million dollars to support the expansion. He adds that they've "done everything they were asked to do" and "have started to dig in their heels".
The rally will include live entertainment and speeches and it will start at 7 o'clock next Wednesday evening at Grimsby Secondary School.
