Hamilton could be facing off against Burlington for a casino and the revenues that go with it hanging in the balance.
One of the 29 "gaming zones" identified by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation includes both Hamilton and Burlington.
The O-L-G will only grant one gaming facility per zone.
It's part of the organization’s plans to modernize its operations that’s expected to add 1.3 billion dollars a year to provincial coffers and result in 27-hundred new jobs.
