The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have one less player in training camp.
Receiver Michael Galatas has left camp on his own accord and the team followed suit by placing him on the retired list.
The rookie out of Millsaps College was considered a long shot to make the club.
His departure still leaves 16 receivers in camp.
Head coach George Cortez says despite the roster move and other happenings at practice, the team's depth chart doesn't change much from day to day.
Veteran centre Marwan Hage is back on the field after missing the last nine games of the 2011 season with a knee injury.
Hage says he's confident that he'll be ready for the regular season opener on June 29th versus Saskatchewan.
Hamilton opens the pre-season June 13 when they host the Toronto Argonauts at Ivor Wynne.
