One of three men facing charges in the slaying of a Mission couple nearly four years ago has pleaded guilty to two charges of first-degree murder.
Jack Douglas Woodruff killed 37-year old Lisa Dudley and 33-year old Guthrie Mckay in September of 2008.
He entered the guilty pleas this morning in New Westminster and he’s now been sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years.
The targeted hit was linked to a grow-op allegedly being managed by Dudley and Mckay.
Dudley was left dying in a chair four days after a police officer failed to adequately respond to 911 calls from the area.
Two other men, Bruce Main and Justin Mackinnon, are still facing charges.
