An appeal for information today, exactly three years after a local man was gunned down at the Legacy Bar in Cloverdale.
Police say Chris Whitmee was an innocent victim, just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Today in Surrey, his 12 year old daughter, Lexus, says someone must know something that could lead to an arrest.
"Hopefully they would maybe see this and want to come forward and help out the situation".
She was speaking on Global News.
