Meals on Wheels Volunteer Opporunity
Team up with a family member or friend and volunteer once a week or twice a month, or even be a spare. Your effort allows clients to remain in their own homes living a healthier, happier life. Volunteers are needed immediately to deliver from Health Sciences Centre, Holy Family Nursing Home, Misericordia Healthcare Centre, Concordia Hospital & St. Amant Centre. Gas honorarium is provided. Call Shirley or Christie at 956-7711 if you can help.

Scared to Laugh Workshop
Do you have to cross your legs when you cough or sneeze? Do you feel pelvic pain or pressure? This session will provide some exercises and techniques to alleviate and/or improve hip and lower back pain, pelvic pain or urinary incontinence.

Once again, a group of familiar Manitoba faces have taken to the dance studio in preparation for the moment they step out of their comfort zone and into the spotlight! Join 6 familiar faces along with Marcy Markusa, Ismaila Alfa and the All Abilities Dance Group as they each perform in support of The Society for Manitobans with Disabilities (SMD)
