Rebate cheques were being processed this week by Manitoba Public Insurance..
MPI spokesman Brian Smiley says it's the 4th time in seven years Manitobans have received a rebate.
He says the cheques should be in the mail the first week of May. This year, the Corporation is returning, at the order of the Public Utilities Board, a total of 63 million dollars..
Smiley adds motorists should also know the majority of vehicle premiums for the 2008-09 year have decreased..
