Toban Schreyer will make a court appearance February 23rd after being charged with two counts of arson, and willfully permitting cruelty to animals.
The fire, at a home at 168 Walnut street, owned by his father Ed Schreyer caused 200-thousand dollars damage. The 33-year Schreyer, his wife and two children were not in the home when it ignited.
Former Premier Ed Schreyer has commented in the past... his son suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
