Manitoba Justice has obtained a court order allowing it to seize a well known 'Hells Angels' clubhouse.
Winnipeg Police moved in and seized the clubhouse and it's property at 2679 Scotia Street today.
Gord Schumacher is Provincial Director of Criminal Property Forfeiture.
He tells CJOB the province alleges the property has been used as place to plan and carry out criminal activity.
Under the Criminal Property Forfeiture Act, proceeds from property used in an unlawful act may be forfeited to the government by order of the court.
It's believed Winnipeg Police will be at the clubhouse for another day or so.
