Two Winnipeg men are being charged in connection with a drug seizure at the James Armstrong Richardson International Airport last week. RCMP say the seizure of just over a thousand tablets of Oxycontin was made by the Canada Border Services Agency at its Winnipeg Commercial Operations. The shipment was awaiting clearance for entry into Canada.. when officers found the bag of pills. Police say the 27-year old and 23-year old will be charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
