Staff at Winnipeg's H1N1 clinics are following through on their pledge to crack down on people trying to jump the priority queue. Annette Guslist lined for more than two hours at Garden City Shopping Centre this morning, hoping to get an H1N1 vaccination. The 79-year-old woman knew she's not on the priority list, but she's worried about getting the virus because of numerous health problems.
Staff moved through the massive lineups at many clinics, trying to screen would-be patients before they waited too long. But lineups were several hundred people long so some people wound up waiting before being sent home.
