The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and People First HR Services has launched the 2009 Compensation Survey for Manitoba employers. It's an extensive survey designed to outline the trends in employee compensation in Manitoba. Sue Kathler of People First tells CJOB they were surprised to find that some employee benefits that were a given in the past, no longer are:
Kathler adds they're also finding rollbacks on executive compensation with some companies.
