A 28-year old Winnipeg man has managed to have his sentence reduced. Brock Golden pleaded guilty to making child pornography and internet luring in 2007. His sentence has been reduced from 30-months to 18-months by the Manitoba Court of Appeal. Golden has been free on bail, attending school in Ontario. His lawyer offered a psychiatric report during the appeal and mentioned his client was remorseful. Golden was taken into custody following Thursday morning's ruling.
