For the second day in a row, charges have been laid in connection with two people accused of harbouring a missing youth.
Police say this time around, a 17-year old was reported missing to police last Saturday. The teen was characterized as being at high risk of being victimized or exploited. The Winnipeg Police Services Missing Persons Unit rolled up its sleeves... and led to the discovery of the girl in a home in the northend. Police say a 36-year old woman and a 66-year old man face charges of interference of a child in care. Thursday, similar charges were laid against two others in a separate case.
