A semi tanker carrying bio-diesel oil has rolled over on Highway 10 south of Brandon, and is partially blocking traffic there...
Diesel oil is also leaking onto the road and into the ditch.
RCMP have blocked off Highway 10 for an undetermined period of tim.
Police and the Dept. of Highways is trying to re-route traffic; however, travel is not recommended in this area until Police give the all-clear.
