It was an emotional afternoon at MTS Centre as Winnipeg Jets Assistant General Manager Craig Heisinger spoke on the passing of forward Rick Rypien.
Rypien was to arrive in Winnipeg yesterday to continue his preparations for Jets training camp next month.
Heisinger told CJOB the Jets will honor Rypien this season, but have yet to finalize their plans.
