The City of Winnipeg has reached an agreement to sell the parkade at Portage and Main to the current owners of the Trizec complex.
The 978 stall parkade is being sold to Crown Investments for 24 million dollars.
The City wants to build a new parkade in the East Exchange district and repair other downtown facilities.
The city's executive policy committee will be asked to approve the deal on Wednesday.
