With less than a week before Christmas, Winnipeg's Salvation Army is 150-thousand dollars short of its fundraising goal. Captain Les Marshall admits there's only so much money to go around:
Marshall reminds us the Salvation Army offers many services that operate year around. As part of the Christmas Kettle Campaign, on-line donations are more than welcome.
