Friday, December 6
Jim Toth was live at the MTS Centre for Roar of the Rings. His first guest was Cam Cole who is a Sports Columnist for the Vancouver Sun. At 6:22 Jim played an interview that he had with Bob Picken. After the 6:30 news, Jennifer Jones joined Jim to talk about playing in tomorrow night’s Roar of the Rings Final at MTS Centre. Arash Madani from Sportsnet gave CFL news and talked Ottawa Redblacks new head coach. At 6:05 Kirk Penton from the Winnipeg Sun talked Blue Bombers recent hires. Ken Wiebe from the Winnipeg Sun is on the road with the Winnipeg Jets and he talked about last nights game against Florida and tomorrows game against Tampa Bay. Jim had Miles Jones and Resby Coutts to finish the show.
Thursday, December 5
Jim Toth was once again live at MTS Centre as the Roar of the Rings continue through to Sunday. We went down to Miami to speak to George Richards of the Miami Herald to preview the game between the Winnipeg Jets and Florida Panthers, followed by Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun. At 6:35 Doug Brown joined the show for his take on the hiring of Mike O’Shea as head coach and Tim Burke joining the Toronto Argonauts as defensive coordinator. We also had Tim Burke’s press conference from earlier in the day. Chelsea Carey of Team Chelsea Carey and fifth Breanne Meakin joined Jim from 7 till 7:30. Kevin Donnely of True North Sports and Entertainment came on at 7:35 to talk about his opportunity to go back to Boston to run in the Boston Marathon. We wrapped up the show with Earl Morris, coach of Team Rachel Homan.
Wednesday, December 4
Jim Toth was live at the MTS Centre for Roar of the Rings. Jim’s first guest was the Winnipeg Blue Bombers new Head Coach Mike O’Shea. Bob Irving joined Jim after the 6:30 news to get his thoughts on Mike O’Shea as the new Head Coach. Jim had Winnipeg Jets Chris Thorburn who was live from Florida. After the 7:00 news Dave Nedohin who is 3rd on Team Kevin Martin, a four time Brier Champ and a three time world champ joined Jim from the MTS Centre. It was also the Wednesday night Panel with Ray Turnball and Resby Coutts.
Monday, December 2
Jim Toth is live at the Roar of the Rings all week! Up first Jim has the defending Brier champions Brad Jacobs and Ryan Fry to discuss their performance at the Roar of the Rings thus far. Bob Irving will give an update on the Bombers hiring Asst. GM’s Danny McManus & Ted Goveia. Kelly Moore will join Jim to give a 1st period run down of the Jet’s vs Rangers tonight at MSG and an update on the standings so far at the Roar of the Rings. Jim will take a look at the World Jr. Camp Invitees list with Terry Koshan of the Toronto Sun. - Mike Raimbault, head coach U of W Wesmen men’s basketball team, will join Jim to set up the Wesmen Classic. Director of Communications & Media Relations with the Canadian Curling Association Al Cameron joins Jim to discuss the Roar of the Rings and the week ahead.

Bob Irving was in today for Jim Toth. Bob had Scott Moore who is the President of Broadcasting for Rogers Media. Winnipeg Jets Assistant Coach Perry Pearn joined Bob and discussed today’s game against the Philadelphia Flyers. Jim Toth was on the phone with Bob and talked today’s Jets game. Scott Oake from Hockey Night in Canada joined the program live from Lake Louise and is getting ready for the Olympics. Curler Ray Turnbull talked to Bob about Roar of the Rings. And Bob wrapped the show up by taking your calls to see who you wanted as the Bombers head coach.

Winnipeg Jets Goalie Al Montoya joined Jim Toth for the first segment of the Upperdeck Sports Show to talk about the Win against the Islanders and their game in Philly tomorrow. Jill Officer was on the show to talk Roar of the Rings. Ken Wiebe from the Winnipeg Sun was on the program to tell us what happened between Jets Head Coach Claude Noel and Captain Andrew Ladd. Roger Millions from Sportsnet in Calgary talked about the Flames losing rookie Seam Monahan. To finish the show, Jim played an interview that he had with Jets Olli Jokinen.
