Friday marks day 1 of Canada’s largest winter festival, Festival du Voyageur.
2016 is the 47th year for the festival that celebrates francophone, indigenous and Métis culture.
This year’s theme is “Be Voyageur!”
Artists and musicians from across the country will be on full display; while families can explore a snow maze, slides, horse-drawn sleigh rides, igloos, and take a look at the snow sculptures.
The festival runs until February 21st. More information can be found by clicking here.
