A Bronx middle school teacher showed her students a video of a Daesh beheading, then the system tried to show her, but failed.
Alexiss Nazario is a veteran teacher at South Bronx Academy for Applied Media in New York. She decided to play the video of the terrorist group beheading a journalist. As this New York Post article says, Nazario really scared and “freaked out” the 13- and 14-year-olds in her class. She faced termination, but was let off with a $300 fine.
Should the teacher have been fired? And how old is old enough to watch a beheading video? I still refuse to watch one. Have you? Or would you? Taking your calls and texts after 1pm: 204.780.6868.
