WINNIPEG – The City is conducting property assessments.
The City does this every two years to keep up with the real estate market.
Usually residential properties have their value increase by one to five percent although that won’t be known until the assessment is complete.
Property owners will receive a letter from the city with a preview of the upcoming assessment along with instructions on how to contact city officials if you have any questions.
You can also find more information on the City’s website.
