WINNIPEG – A fire in the West End early Friday morning sent two people to the hospital.
Just before 6 a.m., fire crews were called to a house on Agnes St. just north of Ellice Ave. near John M. King School.
Large flames and thick black smoke were pouring out of the house when crews arrived on scene.
Two people were pulled from the home and both were taken to hospital – one in stable condition and another in unstable condition. Winnipeg Police say both are now in stable condition.
It’s not known how the fire started or how much damage the fire caused.
