PHOTOS: Wild Weather Rips Through Southern Manitoba
A powerful storm ripped through southern Manitoba Saturday night, bringing with it strong winds, toonie size hail and many power outages. Saturday afternoon, Environment Canada issued severe thunderstorm watches and warnings for much of southern Manitoba. Around 3:00pm, the fast moving system made its way through, tracking from the Whiteshell down the U.S. border traveling about 50 kilometers per hour.
