Afghanistan Memorial Visiting The Manitoba Legislature
The families of fallen soldiers had the first glimpse in Winnipeg Tuesday of a travelling memorial honouring Canadians killed during military missions in Afghanistan. Chief Warrant officer Jim Seggie who's a Regimental Sgt. Major with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles and Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders was among them. His son Mike Seggie was killed in 2008.
