Southwestern Manitoba Tornado Given EF-2 Rating
Environment Canada has rated the tornado that hit southwestern Manitoba on Monday 'a high end E-F Two'. An E-F Two has wind speeds between 179 and 218 kilometres an hour. The tornado was on the ground for over two hours, and no one was hurt. Which is lucky, considering an E-F Two can lift up cars, and yank large trees out of the ground.
