New Emergency Alert System To Be Tested Wednesday
Manitoba's new emergency alert system will be tested for the first time tomorrow at 1:58 p.m. The system, called Alert Ready, will automatically cut into all radio, television and satellite broadcasts when there is an immediate threat to public safety.
