Supreme Court Orders New Trial In Derksen Case
The Supreme Court of Canada has ordered a new trial for the man convicted in one of Winnipeg's most infamous murder cases. In a unanimous decision Thursday, the high court agreed with an early decision from the Manitoba Court of Appeal to overturn the conviction of Mark Edward Grant.
