New Canadians Love The Frigid Windchill
New Canadians spent the afternoon taking pictures of wildlife, tobogganing, and making Smores on a bonfire. It was part of an outdoor scavenger hunt at FortWhyte Alive to subject them to our frigid climate. Many of them started without toques or mitts, unaware of how cold the minus 30's actually are. They are part of a group of students from the International College of Manitoba. Many are working towards a four year degree. (Photos by Andrew McCrea)...
