Trial Begins In Wake of Massive St. Boniface Fire
The company at the heart of one of Winnipeg's biggest fires is going on trial today. The City of Winnipeg has slapped Speedway International and it's owner Royce Rostecki with a series of bylaw charges. The charges relate to highly flammable, combustible chemicals being stored in rail cars at the business. It was then located at 40 Nicolas Ave in St. Boniface.
